Order processing

Orders are prepared after payment and order checks are complete. Estimated processing information should be confirmed by the client before launch. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Courier quotations

Available delivery services and prices are calculated during checkout using the destination and the product or parcel information configured in WooCommerce.

Tracking

Tracking details become available when the order is booked with the courier. Customers can review their order from My Account or use the Order Tracking page.

Delivery issues

Contact support promptly if tracking shows an exception, an address needs attention, or a parcel appears damaged when delivered.
