Order processing
Approved orders are prepared after payment and order checks are complete. Processing takes place on business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. For urgent or unusually large wholesale orders, contact our team before ordering so availability and dispatch requirements can be confirmed.
Courier quotations
Available delivery services and prices are calculated during checkout using the destination and the product or parcel information configured in WooCommerce.
Tracking
Tracking details become available when the order is booked with the courier. Customers can review their order from My Account or use the Order Tracking page.
Delivery issues
Contact support promptly if tracking shows an exception, an address needs attention, or a parcel appears damaged when delivered.
